Kelly Connor was featured last month in Vogue's "5 days 5 looks, 1 girl section", her style was modern, stylish yet feminine, her sister says"Kelly is one of the best-dressed women I've ever known, and I'm not just saying that because she's my sister. She is a style inspiration for not only myself, but for everyone she encounters as well. You could take Kelly to WalMart and she'd emerge looking chic as hell, this young woman knows her stuff!" to which we totally agree. First of all I would like to start with her shirt, mostly we all avoid yellow color but I think yellow color gives a radiance to your face. Indeed, its fashionable but when worn in a right way.She says about her outfit:"Today, I was feeling primary colors! The sun is shining, and so my winter rut of wearing black with black has come to an end at last. Now I’m at the opposite end of the spectrum! My shirt is Jil Sander, and my army pants are Band of Outsiders. The ikat jacket is from VACCA and made of antique hand-woven silk that was naturally dyed in Uzbekistan. And, while flats always tempt me, I decided to put on these Steve Madden wedges to give my super-slouchy outfit a little oomph."
A khaki cargo goes well in the beach to a casual party but the way Kelly has mixed the formal shirt and the silk coat with a simple cargo is simply marvelous. I have become a big fan of her.These cargos are available widely. But the most easy thing to do is to just borrow your boyfriend's cargo and the belt just the way Kelly did, she tells:"This handmade ostrich Domenico Vacca belt is my boyfriend’s, but I think I’ve earned ownership rights since I wear it more frequently than he does. Then again, we share a lot of things in our closet. He even wants to wear these army pants, which makes me wonder if I’ve taken the slouchy-chic thing a little too far. . . . I am also wearing my favorite vintage tortoiseshell cuff bracelet."
Kelly says"I love the color of this Fendi bag! It’s the perfect size—somehow it manages to look ladylike while still holding way more of my stuff than one would think possible (there’s even room for a backup pair of flats for when my dogs start barking). "
